Tabbatha, owner of Staggering Hair & Skin, hosted a live Christmas raffle and Frankie was one of three who was selected to win a free haircut… Of course Frankie did not accept the service for free and was very generous and gracious to Tabbatha for her services. He said, and I quote “I felt like I was in heaven.”
